$.01 iPod nano cover and how to remove scratches...

There have been many reports of new iPod nano's being scratched almost instantly and seemingly without unduly harsh treatment, sometimes to the point that one can no longer read parts of the screen. Other reports have surfaced that the LCD displays crack easily, again without undue mistreatment of the device. Apple is addressing these last issues by offering free screen replacements, and claims the issue is due to a substandard quality batch, which has since been fixed. For the scratching, they suggest to get a case or protective cover. Most, unfortunately, are not quite shipping yet. However, this is a far cheaper, and probably just as good, solution, at least in the short term. Total cost... Less than one cent...
